Air print not working from 8134e

I have managed to get my 8134e printer to print wireless from the computer but cannot from the phone. My iphone sees the printer and I select and press print but nothing happens. Can anyone help please?

I wonder if we can help directly -- AirPrint is built into iOS --

That said, this printer model supports AirPrint.

That just means that the source of the problem is not compatibility with the printer brand or printer model .

The printer, when it is on the same network as the phone (make sure your phone is connected to your Wireless and not "Data"), is capable of accepting a short Bluetooth burst to assist with the initial connection using HP Smart.   In the case of using Airprint, do check that both Bluetooth and Location services are enabled on the phone. 

Shut off / Disable VPN.

If possible, consider assigning a manual / static IP address to your printer and other devices.  

Example – Alternate EWS format (Select new printers and some Laser Printers)

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Network > Primary Ethernet > Check / Adjust Status and other tabs...

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Network > Wi-Fi > Section IP Config > IPv4

Notes

• It is not mandatory that you use a manual / static IP address.  Doing so can improve stability.
• If needful and if supported, set the Band Frequency to the frequency you want the printer to use.
