When using AirPrint with my HP7155, I get a warning on the iPhone of "Low Ink".  That is not the case.  if I ignore the warning and hit print anyway, it prints fine.

Why the "error message" or warning on my phone.  (ios 15.5 and Win 11)?

@Primepete, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are using the AirPrint option to print which has a false ink level message.

Kindly send a screenshot of the error in your next post.

HP does not have control over AirPrint. Try using the HP Smart app to print and check if the issue persists.

Update the printer firmware

From your reply I understand that the problem is an Air Print issue, not an HP one.  Thanks for your quick response.  Will check with Apple for their response.

@Primepete

Sure, you can contact Apple and ask for assistance. To confirm, use the HP Smart app too.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
