Airprint no longer works consistently from our iPhones to our Hp9015e. Print jobs spin with gathering information But I see the problem in the HP Smart app. It still has an old printer listed in one spot on the homepage and i believe it is trying to find that old printer. The new printer is listed Second so the software continues to look for the first printer. There are two places in the mobile app listing connected printers; one spot doesn't delete the bad printer! If you have this issue: do you see an old printer listed on the mobile app home page as we do? HP support no help!

Hi @Bellnhook,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are experiencing difficulties with AirPrint and the HP Smart app, particularly with the printer information not being updated correctly. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve this issue:
Remove Old Printer Entries: Ensure that all instances of the old printer are removed from your iPhone's settings and the HP Smart app.
- Go to your iPhone's Settings > Printers & Scanners, and remove any old printer entries.
- Open the HP Smart app, navigate to the printer list, and delete any instances of the old printer.
Restart Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart can help resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting your iPhone and the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer.
Update Firmware: Ensure that your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer's firmware is up-to-date. You can usually check for firmware updates through the printer's settings menu or the HP Smart app. HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Reinstall HP Smart App: If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart app on your iPhone. This can sometimes resolve software glitches that may be causing the problem.
Check Network Connection: Make sure that your iPhone and the HP printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that the network is stable.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
