Product: HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a

I recently got this printer from a friend. I set it up and did the alignment test. I have only been printing from my phone so far. It worked great for about two weeks. Now, every time I print from my phone it cuts off about 1 1/2 inches at the bottom. When I tried to print a shipping label, it moved it 1 1/2 inches to the right.

 

The items that I am printing usually look fine on my phone, and I have recalibrated the printer. Any other suggestions?
