Android usb OTG doesn't work Printer is always grayed out. Other non HP apps are working fine

After many tries installaing different HP tools I can confirm that the issue is on HP side. I have tried other non official tools and they detect and print perfectly

The HP Service Complement detects the printer but you can't use it. I have checked and my printer is not flagged as non-compatible. Furtheremore, as I said, other tools works perfectly with my printer. The problem is such apps might cacth(store) your documents in your srver which is not secure at all or even you have to pay. It is unaceptable that HP can't fix it.
