Since last Thursday evening July 1,2021 we've been receiving this message whenever we try to use the email to print service on all 3 of our HP Office Jet Pro 8030 series printers;
"Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job was received, but could not be printed.
ePrint Error
The print job was cancelled because the print job could not be printed at this time due to an issue with the service. Please try again later."
These printers have all worked fine for over a year. The ePrint service is probably used more than the other features, all of which are working fine.
I've called HP, gone through their troubleshooting suggestions, only to be told that they're updating their servers and this issue should be repaired soon. But they've provided no documentation, and there's no mention of it in any of the tickets we've opened.
I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
Thanks

If you talked to HP Support and HP Support told you there is a service issue that impacts ePrint, it makes sense that other people who use ePrint would be affected. HP ePrint is a very popular service - many people use it everyday.
So, why don't we know anything useful?
