I have been using HP smart to print from my mobile device. Samsung 23 ultra, all apps updated, Android 14.
In the last 2 days I haveen unable to access more options. It comes up blank. I can see photo and document at the top but nothing else. I tried it with a different printer same thing. I have reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone and printer. Nothing seems to fix it.

It sounds like a tricky issue! Since you’ve already tried reinstalling the app and restarting your devices, there are a few more steps you can try:

  1. Clear the HP Smart app cache: Navigate to Settings > Apps > HP Smart > Storage > Clear cache on your Samsung 23 Ultra.

  2. Check for app and system updates: Ensure both the HP Smart app and your Android OS are up to date.

  3. Verify network connection: Ensure that your phone and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  4. Reset the HP Smart app settings: Sometimes a reset can resolve unexpected issues.

None of these worked. I still cannot see anything under more options
