Hi @Porscheselle,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
If your Apple devices are suddenly only getting the option to print to a #10 envelope on your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw, it might be due to a change in printer settings or an issue with the AirPrint settings. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting:
Restart Devices:
- Restart your iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro.
- Restart your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw printer.
Check Printer Settings:
- Ensure that the paper size settings on the printer are set correctly:
- Go to the printer's control panel.
- Navigate to Settings > Paper Handling.
- Verify that the default paper size is set to the correct size (e.g., A4 or Letter).
Update Firmware and Software:
- Ensure that your printer firmware is up-to-date:
- Download and install the latest firmware from the HP Support website.
- Ensure that your iOS devices are running the latest version of iOS.
Reset Print Settings on iOS Devices:
- On your iPhone and iPad, go to Settings > General > Reset.
- Select Reset All Settings. This will reset all system settings to default without deleting any data.
Remove and Re-Add the Printer:
- On your iPhone and iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Tap on the "i" next to your printer's name and choose Forget This Device.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and then turn it back on.
- Reconnect to the printer and try printing again.
Kindly check the next set of steps in the next post.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
