Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 doesn't print A3 from a PC without jagged lines, support says uninstall and reinstall drivers, but this doesnt work, and then say use ePRINT which seems to no longer be supported. Now it wont reclaim itself as ePRINT button doesnt work. Does any one have a genuine solution?

I also have an HP  Designjet 500 A1 printer, which stopped supporting ACAD or REVIT several years ago...supposedly a fix said to be being made but this has never happened.

How long before they stop use of my HP OfficeJet Pro 276dw A4 printer?

The issues are all software drivers stopping working.

It gives me no confidence in purchasing HP products again, they just write them off for no good reason.

Microsoft drivers are indeed the problem, but the current HP Driver 'Full_Webpack-40.16.1234_1-OJ7740_Full_Webpack.exe' downloaded from the HP support website also cause jaggies when printing A3.

I have just found what I think is an earlier driver which works 'OJ7740_Full_Webpack_40.12.1161_1.exe'  on this website:

https://www.freeprintersupport.com/hp-officejet-pro-7740-driver-download-without-cd/

It prints to A3 with no jagged lines and has several presets that can be used.

I hope this continues to work and can help others with the same problem.

You need to install the driver from hp.com, you are currently using Microsoft drivers and those are causing problems when printing A3.
