Product: Deskjet 2633

Attempting to set my new HP Deskjet 2633 printer. I get to the stage when I am informed that a printed copy will give me an activation code, but the information arrives in the German language, not English, despite all my settings being in English!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Where was the printer purchased?

 

Let's update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series/12319824/model/167793...

 

Restart the printer.

 

Turn off Web Services and turn it on:

  • Touchscreen displays: On the printer, touch or press the HP ePrint button or icon . Tap Setup, and then follow the on-screen instructions to turn off Web Services and turn it back on.
