Black ink replaced

HP Recommended

Hello My printer is HP3785. 

 

I have bought 652 blank ink cartridge and  replaced the old one. I havent replaced the color cartridge.

Only need prints in black ink. But printer is not working. Any idea why?

@Soberz1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Is there any blinking light on the printer?
  • Is the color ink cartridge depleted?
  • Can you try removing the color ink and just use the black ink cartridge to print from?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
