HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

For several months, all of my documents created in Google Docs, Sheets, etc. are printing blurry on my Officejet Pro 8610. I am printing from Windows operating systems via desktop and laptops. There is no problem with the print quality as the quality report from the printer is very clear. It's just like one day I was able to print fine and the next it was blurry. Has anyone had or is currently having this experience and have a solution?

Hi @afeckste,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Try updating FIRMWARE, If not done already. Also, check if any updates are available for your units, like Windows updates and any other from the HP support assistant.

Perform the steps from this document if that does not fix the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
