@Carol43B, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Are you using the HP Smart App or the Samsung Print Service Plugin?

Check this if you're using HP Smart-

Have you turned on Borderless printing?

What is the Scaling settings set to, in HP Smart app?

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:

Go to HP Smart App > Select the photo to print > Select More options > Under Photo tabenable borderless printing.

Check this if you're using Samsung Print Service Plugin-

The following print settings are available when you print with the Samsung Print Service Plugin:

  • Default print settings options for all print jobs:

    • Copies: Select the number of copies to print.

    • Color mode: Choose to print in Color or Black & White/Mono.

    • Orientation: Select Portrait or Landscape format.

    • Paper size: Choose Letter, A4, 4x6-inch, 5x7-inch, or 10x5-cm paper.

    • Pages range: Select the pages to be printed in a multi-page document.

  • More Options:

    • Media Type: Select plain or photo paper.

    • Borderless Printing: Select this option to print borderless photos, depending on your printer model.

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
