I cannot for the life of me get this connected to the internet. I have spent all of my Friday night getting very annoyed. It won’t connect because of the GHz. Says it needs 2.4Ghz, I have an router that does both automatically, but it didn’t want to know, so I set it up so there was a 2nd channel at 2.4Ghz only, but still no luck. It’s 23:25 and have been doing this is 19:45. Have given up, this is a last chance for me. It only a £60 printer, I don’t use one often. I thought this would have been simple.
Please help!!!! And thanks in advance , Will

Hi,
The printer supports both 2.4 and 5GHz wireless bands.
If your router automatically assigns both bands, you should either set your router to use a separate SSID for each band or disable one of the bands, using the same SSID for both will likely cause the printer to fail to connect.
Please also print and evaluate Wireless Test Report:

If the report doesn't print as described, please hold the Wireless and Info buttons for 5 seconds.
