I just bought this printer for nearly a month but the problem kept on showing up on my printer. First, I had connectivity issue with EWS (Embedded Web Server) so HP changed me a new mainboard of printer, problem solved. However, after changing the mainboard, I'm experiencing another problem with Web Services. Every time I tried to connect via EWS, there is always error message to wait for the next firmware update, which is currently installed and up-to-date. Apart from that there is also setup problem where there is error that my printer is connected to another account and asking for the claim code, which I can't retrieve it because my printer is now equipped with the new mainboard. When I check my HP Account, it still properly display the registered info of my printer with original main board. Also, mobile device printing seems to work fine but the IP address is not shown on both printer and network info on my HP Smart app. Please give me some advice or suggestion for this.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting EWS page connectivity issues.
This might require remote access to the computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
