Hi. I can't connect HP Deskjet 2634 to my new wifi network. I've tried numerous troubleshooting guides but to no avail. I am trying to locate the printer on my Androids HP smart app. Printer is in set up mode (flashing power and network buttons), android is connected to new wifi, but the app still can't find or recognise the printer. This is incredibly frustrating. Please help

Uninstall and reinstall the App. If the issue persists, let's try the steps below:
Let's reset the network setting on the Printer:
Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Sorry, I'm not sure if you fully understand my predicament. I've explained that I can't connect to the printer at all, so how am I supposed to upload new firmware onto the printer if i can't connect to it? I am so frustrated right now that I am almost ready to throw this printer in the bin. All I simply want to do is to change the wifi network on the printer. How is this so difficult?

You can update the firmware through a USB cable.
If the issue still occurs, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
