I have a problem with connecting to my printer using the same Wi-Fi network. The first time I'm setting up my printer to connect to my Wi-Fi from my laptop, it work perfectly. But when setting up for my 2nd laptop, I can found my printer on HP Easy Manager but when I tried to print a test page, the laptop said it not connected. So my solution is I have to set up my printer to connect the Wi-Fi again like the first time. Same problem with HP Smart on my phone, found the printer but when I try to print something, it said that there is no airprint Printer found.

Hi @dra31238,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP 107w printer when trying to connect multiple devices. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Printer Network Connection
- Ensure your printer is properly connected to the Wi-Fi network. Check the printer's control panel to see if it's displaying any error messages or if the Wi-Fi light is blinking.
- Print a network configuration page from your printer to confirm it's connected to the correct network. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to print this page.
2. Update Printer Firmware
- Make sure your printer firmware is up to date. Outdated firmware can cause connectivity issues. You can check for updates on the HP website or using the HP Easy Start or HP Smart apps.
3. Check Router Settings
- Ensure your router is not limiting the number of devices that can connect.
- Check if there are any security settings, like MAC address filtering, that might be preventing your devices from communicating with the printer.
4. Reconfigure Network Settings
- Since reconfiguring the network settings on the printer helped before, try resetting the network settings on the printer:
- On the printer control panel, go to the Wireless menu.
- Select Network Settings, then choose Restore Network Defaults.
- Reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using the HP Easy Start or HP Smart app.
5. Reinstall Printer Drivers
- On your second laptop, uninstall the existing printer drivers and software.
- Download and install the latest drivers from the HP support website.
6. Check Printer Sharing Settings
- On the laptop that successfully prints to the printer, make sure printer sharing is enabled. This might allow the second laptop to access the printer through the first laptop if direct connection fails.
7. HP Smart App and AirPrint Issues
- Ensure that both your phone and the printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your phone and the printer.
- Update the HP Smart app to the latest version.
- Check the AirPrint settings on your phone:
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and you are connected to the same network as your printer.
- Restart the HP Smart app and try printing again.
8. Advanced Troubleshooting
- If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset on the printer and setting it up again from scratch.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
