Hp DeskJet 3630
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have a HP Deskjet 3630 printer which has been connected to the internet and printing wirelessly without problem. I have just changed my WiFi and am now not able to get the printer to disconnect from the old WiFi so I can connect it to the new one.

Hi,

First restore the wireless settings by pressing and holding both the Wireless and the Cancel buttons for 3 seconds.

Next restart the printer.

Next open teh HP Utility (under Applications > HP) or by double clicking the printer under Pritners & Scanners, then click on Printer Settings and click on Open Printer Utility within the Utility tab.

Open the top HP Utility or the Device Menu and select HP Auto Wireless, then follow the steps to reconfigure the printer on your new network.

Regards,

Shlomi

Thanks for the reply!

When I've tried to open HP Utility, I got  pop up saying 'The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “HP Utility” can’t be found'.
