Hi. I just purchased a new LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw. Set it up for basic local printing and scanning to email OK.
I then wanted to set up Web Services so that I could hopefully enable a Google Drive scan destination.
I was able to pair the printer with my online account, and I see it OK in HP Smart Admin.
But when I try to enable Scan Destinations, I get an error "Unable to enable Scan Destinations on this printer. Please try again later." It has been a full day. In the meantime, I've factory reset the printer. I've unpaired and re-paired the printer with Web Services. The firmware is now fully updated with version LOCHSAXXXN002.2419A.00.
I'm not sure what else to try. There is also no Web Services icon still on the printer. (The icon that looks a little bit like Web Services is the Wifi Direct icon, no help.)
Finally, I cannot add the printer to my registered product list using its serial number. The error is "Something went wrong and the selected device cannot be added to the dashboard. Please try again later."
Two unconnected issues, I think...
Can anyone assist?
