I have a new HP Smart printer. I have used HP printers since 1985 (!!!) and they have always been excellent, durable, longtime investments worth every penny. Now this one is refusing to print. I have tried printing from Mac Mini (ios Sonoma, which isn't even listed as an option); MacBook Pro (Big Sur), and iPhone 14 (ios 17). All three scan, but won't print. I have tried printing from the HP Smart app on each device - the print documents button leads me to print preview, where the print button is grayed out. I have also tried printing from the doc's apps (Acrobat and Word), and the document just hangs up in the printing queue. I have moved the phone and laptop next to the printer. I have checked bluetooth, wifi, location services - all are on and functioning. I have tried rebooting each device, the printer, and the modem/router in various combinations. As I said, scanning works fine, as does copying. I am beginning to think HP has not set up this printer to work with Apple devices. Am ready to return the printer and never buy HP again. Any suggestions????

Same situation here, can't print anymore with IOS 17, print button greyed out. Plus the Mac software has lost from previous editions the capability of scanning the odd pages to enable double face scanning.
Unfortunately my only suggestion is to make same decision I made, never buy HP again.
