@Jay_G24 My browser is already set to Chrome as default and always has been.
I've been able to log in if I repeatedly attempt, is the app supposed to log you out? Most apps I use do not log you out unless you choose to do so. I'll randomly be logged out and then it's back to hoping it logs me back in.

Very useful. Though initially I was never able to sign on. On digging in, this hp smart app just was not working with my default browser chrome, i reinstalled firefox and changed default browser to firefox, then it works like a breeze. So my recommendation is for you to install Firefox and change default browser and it should work if you face sign in issues.

Glad to hear that your issue is resolved and all is working well now. It seems to be a Chrome browser issue. We tried Samsung Internet and it was working as well.
