@Marcin995, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
Are you referring to the HP Smart app?
Have you tried reinstalling the app?
If the issue persists, if the printer is connected wirelessly, print a network configuration page to obtain the printer IP address as shown in this document.
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
Check for any pending Windows updates first.
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Remove the existing printer entry > click on Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing. Open File > Print
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Hi!
This becomes just ridiculous: we are buying a printer to print or scan.
I thought this was easy to understand? No?
Now with this great HP vizirs, you buy a printer and have to download HP Smart (stupid application just made to buy more HP stuff) to create accounts on all devices you want to connect (btw that is not always working) as the printer doesn't come with a simple useful driver (at least the one I bought). Moreover when willing to print from any other device it request to be logged in. Bluetooth not discoverable WiFi Direct disconnecting by itself without easy way to reconnect...
Hey HP guys, would you mind coming down to earth and set back useful and easy to manage hardware?
Last time I buy HP.

@Sergiopepette
Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Yes, HP Smart app requires you to create an account and login to print or scan.
However, you always have an option not to use this app and use the full-feature printer driver instead.
What model printer are you using?
Click here to access the HP Support drivers page to download the full-feature printer driver which requires no account creation or login.
Let me know how it goes.
