Hi!
Quick question, Can't log into HP smart app into my account. Just spinning when attempting to do a login. Annoying to say the very least, it has been working flawlessly previously when logging into my account and printing PDFs or photos so don't know what the issue is.
Been troubleshooting and restarting the phone, app, clearing cache and stopping the app since it wont stop spinning at the login screen.
Any ideas what it could be? Unless the software is too old for the app!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi!
Thanks for responding.
However I managed to find out the actual issue. Through Google Play Store just as of today it states that the app is no longer compatible with my device which is sad. When I wrote the question it didn't say that but just today when I checked for any new updates.
So now I know the problem.
