Can't print from Laptop HP Desk Jet 3755 but I can from mobile 3755

I was printing from laptop before I received an upgraded xfinity router.  I can print from my mobile but not my laptop.

Welcome to the HP Community --

If your cable company sent you a router configured for only 5GHz, the printer cannot connect to the router.

Make sure the router is broadcasting on both 5GHz and 2.4GHz.

Create (on the router) an SSID named network for each frequency (5GHz and a separate SSID for 2.4GHz).

Set the printer back to network defaults -

User Guide  > Page 62

To restore network settings to default settings

● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Next,

Connect the printer to the SSID named network for the 2.4GHz band / frequency.
