Yeah, I just updated to 10.1 but I fixed my problem before the update. After a week of trying everything my little brain could think of, including calling Frontier Comm. , going online for internet, Apple and printer support, I turned the printer off then back on. We always leave it on. It worked!!! I can now Air print and direct print. Who would'a thunk?

I have the same problem with my office jet 3830. The printer is connected to the network and the direct print is on but still no luck. I know this doesn't help but we are both in the same boat and hope to see a reply here that helps us.

I am running Windows 10 on an HP Pavilion laptop computer. My Officejet Pro 6835 can't find/print on Airprinter. However, the ePrint does work without a hitch. On the few occasions that my iPhone does find the printer, it still won't print. But, I solved the issue when I found that I have to take my iPhone off the same network my printer is on, and connect directly to the printer. Sometimes, however, my iPhone will find & switch to the printer automatically.
