Can't print from my Android LG STYLO 6 to NEW HP DESKJET 2755

On this day, 6/29/2019. I can't get my wireless printer to print or scan. It is connected to the same network as my Android LG STYLO 6.

I have installed and uninstalled the HP print service plugin and HP Smart app.

I understand that you are unable to print from the android device.

Please let us know if you are able to from the computer without any issue.

Please update the android version and check.

Thanks for all your help 😊. Unfortunately prior to your solution, It could not be resolved. I returned it and got a refund. I probably will not choose , that model again. All I wanted was a printer with Cloud ready printing from an Android 10.
