Operating System: iOS

I have an HP envy 7640 and have always sent things from from iphone to my printer. For some reason the only option available when I try to send anything to my printer now is “AirPrint” and it keeps saying “no air printers found”

@SG1731, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to print from your iOS device. Were there any changes made to the network? Let us try these steps:

 

Check for any software updates on the iOS device. 

Make sure the printer and the iOS device are connected to the same wireless network.

 

To know how to print from the iOS device, refer to this document - HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for iPhone, iPad)

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - No AirPrint Printers Found error (iOS, iPadOS)
