Here are a few steps you can try to fix the issue:
Check the Wi-Fi Connection
- Make sure your phone and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your router and reconnect both devices if needed.
Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it for about a minute, and then plug it back in.
- Turn it on and check if it reconnects to Wi-Fi.
Update the HP Smart App
- Open the app store on your phone and check if there's an update for the HP Smart app.
- If yes, update it and try printing again.
Re-add the Printer in HP Smart
- Open the HP Smart app.
- Remove the printer from the app, then add it back.
- Follow the on-screen setup instructions.
Check for Printer Errors
- Make sure there are no paper jams or low ink warnings on the printer display.
