Envy 5055
Chrome OS

I have a new Envy 5055 and print from a Chromebook using Google Cloud Print. The printer has no problem with single copies of documents, but there is no option on the print menu to select multiple copies. My firmware is up to date. Is there a way to correct this issue? The printer is useless if it can only print one copy at a time.

Try the HP Print for Chrome app from the store and check for any difference:
