- Can't setup ePrint on a new HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer

I recently unboxed a brand new but late-model HP ENVY 120 All-in-One Printer. The printer works and successfully connects to the Wi-Fi and is allocated a valid IP address correctly. However, I can not setup ePrint because the connections to EWS fail when the printer tries to connect to my account. Are EWS services no longer available? Can anyone help me troublshoot this issue to establish the ePrint function on my printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To get started with ePrint
1. Enable Web services.
a. Touch the ePrint button on the control panel of the printer.
b. Accept the terms of use, and then follow the onscreen instructions to enable Web Services. The ePrint information sheet prints, containing a printer code.
c. Go to www.hp.com/go/ePrintCenter, click the Sign In button, and then click the Sign Up link at the top of the window that appears.
d. When prompted, enter the printer code to add your printer.
(Go to Setup > Web services > ePrint > ON and then Click on Enable web service)
2. Touch ePrint on the control panel. From the Web Services Summary screen, get your printer's email address.
3. Compose and send email to your printer's email address from your computer or mobile device, anywhere and anytime. Both the email message and recognized attachments will print.

Thanks Kumar,
Unfortunately, after accepting the agreement, the printer fails to connect to EWS. Have these services been removed from HP?
The printer fails to enable web services. And I can not get a code.
This happens when connected to the internet either through a home Wi-Fi or on a Mobile phone personal hotspot.
Is there a web address I can check for connectivity issues?
Regards,
Adam

- HP ePrint services are still available for HP users. However, the ePrint app has been discontinued.
- HP ePrint is a secure cloud-based service that lets you print from anywhere with an active Internet connection. Email the document or photo you want to print directly to the printer.
Let us try updating the printer firmware and enabling web services from the EWS of the printer.
Step 1: Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Step 2: Turn on Web Services from the Embedded Web Server (EWS)
- Obtain the IP address of the printer by tapping on the
Wireless icon on the printer screen
- Type in the IP address in a web browser on your MAC and then press Enter.
If a website security certificate displays in the Internet browser, click Continue.
The EWS webpage for the printer opens, which confirms that the printer is on the same network as the computer.
On the EWS webpage, click the Web Services tab.
On the Web Services Setup page, click Continue, Turn On, or Enable, and then follow the on-screen instructions

- Proceed to the next step if the issue persists.
Step 2: Check the Internet proxy server settings
- Open System Preferences, and then click Network. On the Network window, click Advanced, click the Proxies tab, and then select your proxy, if necessary.
- Figure : Example of proxy settings in Mac
- Write down the Address and Port values for your proxy server connection.
- From the EWS, click the Web Services tab, and then click Proxy Settings.
- Figure : Clicking Proxy Settings
Type the Address and Port values for your proxy server connection, and then click Apply.
Try to turn on Web Services.
Keep me posted.
