Because of an issue with the wifi, we have a new router. I cannot find a way to connect the printer to the new wifi. The router does not have a WPS button and there is no USB cable available for the Macbook we are using, which are the solutions suggested by the automated support.
Is it possible to go back to default settings and reinstall the printer from scratch? If so, how is this done?
Any help gratefully received. It's driving us crazy. Thank you.

Follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below to reconfigure the printer to your new WiFi from your computer or mobile device:
