HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw is connected with an ethernet cable to my local network. This works flawlessly.

But I also want to use the hpeprint.com functionality (send an email to xyz@hpeprint.com to print the email / attachment).

When I try to start HP webservices, I get a connection error message. This happens when I try to start this on the device and through the webinterface. Rebooting the printer, switch and router does not fix this issue.

I use the latest firmware and latest drivers.

My question is: how can I start the HP eprint webservice?

Hi,

You cannot connect to HP Web Services with the printer, see below support document with additional info on this matter:

Thanks a lot. It's a pity but I don't need to look further into this issue.
