Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to enter my network WIFI password on the keypad because I can't find symbols. I need the ^ and can't find it! Help anyone?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

You will have to press the Astrix(*) or the pound(#) button and use the up and down arrow button to choose from the icons.

I was unable to do this on my particular printer. I could toggle through the symbol options but the "^" was not there. I ended up having to change my master WIFI password and on all my devices which was a pain. I can't believe there is not somewhere online that you can connect with your printer and change your information instead of just on the printer keypad. I can do it for my entire Xfinity Home Network.

Anyway, problem solved.
