Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi Guys,

 

I followed set up procedure on iPad using HP smart app. Followed instruction to search for WiFi Network HP set up ... 

This WIFI  network was not found. Instead I found DIRECT-CF-HP ENVY 6000 series and have to enter password.

i cannot find a password 

 

what to do next ?

Hi,

Please reset the wireless settings by pressing the wireless button at the back for 5 seconds, till the edge lightning flashes purple.

 

Next. open the Wireless Settings of your iPad and ensure it is connected to your home Wi-Fi.

 

Under Set Up New Device, select the HP printer and follow the steps on the screen to reconnect the printer to your network.
