I have bought an HP envy 5030 and installed the latest version of the HP smart app on my mobile which runs Android 10. I can register the printer on the apo but when I want to sign in I her stuck at the HP Logo/please wait screen.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the " stuck at the HP Logo/please wait screen on HP Smart App " issue.
To better assist you-
1)Are you trying to login to your HP Smart website Account?
2) Are you able to send print jobs from the app?
meanwhile, Try the steps below-
1) restart your phone and the printer
and then check if the issue occurs, try a browser to login to HP Smart web account
2)uninstall the app and restart your phone
3) install the app and try again
