I tried all advices on the support pages with no result. My iphone 7 -still doesn't connect to the printer and I cant print.
On the wifi pulldown menu an address Driect-2A-HP Envy 4520 all-in-one-series shows up and asks for a password, which I dont have, How can I get rid of this network? How can I just connect to the printer via my own wifi network? Please help I am absolutly desperate.
Thanks

There may a be a button on the front panel of your printer for WIFI direct or if not look for the wireless menu via your printer front panel and look for the option to disablewifi direct.

Hi,
It sounds like you may be using the wifi direct feature in which the printer generates its own wifi signal to which you can connect directly (although this prevents your device from connecting to the internet). You'll recognise the wifi direct network as it will hav ethe printer name in it. If you see this network it means that you have wifi direct enabled.
If you have a router and home, then disbale wifi direct and connect both printer and all devices connecting to it to your home wifi network and you should then be able to print fine.
