Hey there, everyone! Really hoping to know what's going on.
So my cartridge carriage is stuck on the left so I can't move it nor can I take out cartridges. There's been no paper jams, last time it printed everything alright. I tried to reset the printer several times, I looked for stuck paper, I tried to gently move the carriage, it is stuck as on glue...
Can anybody help?..

I see that there is a carriage jam on the printer and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
