I was signed up for the cartridge to be sent on number of pages printed, blah blah blah.  Cancelled in October as I have moved overseas.   Disgruntled HP assistant.  Was told I could still sign up where ever I am going.   Don't need as many pages now so saw no point.    Ever since arriving overseas, ink cartridges coming up as not original. They are. Brand new, last ones received from HO before I left.   Tried everything. Nothing works.   I now think that HP have some sort of blocking process if you don't re sign up for cartridges from them.  This is ridiculous.  If HP don't remove the block the printer goes in the bin and I'll never touch HP again.   I hope an HP assistant reads this?
