Hi,
Please make sure the printer is ready and the power light solid lit, click the cancel button if it sleeps so the power light is on.
Make sure there is no USB cable located to the back of the printer, if there is any be sure to unplug it from the printer.
Press and hold the wireless button for around 20 seconds, as soon as both the Power and Attention lights blink together, release the button and allow the printer to restart.
Make sure the Mac is connected to the wireless network and just make sure you see a nearby network name starting with HP-Setup (don't connect to it, just ensure it is visible, else repeat the steps above).
Open HP Smart and click the plus sign, then follow the steps on screen to connect the printer to your new network.
