Thank you for your reply.
On my iPhone, using iOS17.4.1, I am unable to set the paper size to A4 in the HP App.
My printer is an HP MFP M234dwe.
On the App, paper size defaults to ‘letter’ and I use A4 size paper.

Hi @JeffR8 ,
Thanks for confirming the details.
To set the paper size to A4 in the HP Smart app on your iPhone, follow these steps:
- Open the HP Smart app on your iPhone.
- Select your printer.
- Tap on "Printer Settings" or a similar option.
- Look for an option related to "Paper Size" or "Media Size."
- Choose "A4" from the list of available paper sizes.
- Save or apply the changes.
If you can't find the option to change the paper size, you may need to update the HP Smart app to the latest version from the App Store.
If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your iPhone.
If the problem still occurs, you may want to contact HP phone support for further assistance.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
