I'm trying to print a photo onto hp everyday photo paper but I can't get the paper to list as an option in the drop down. It only comes up with letter, A4 or ISO A4 despite me having ticked lots of paper options in the printer settings on the app. Can anyone send me some suggestions on how to change the drop down options? Everytime I try to print I just get part of the photo on the tiny paper as it wants to print on A4.

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried what you suggested but unfortunately I didn't have a grey area above where the printer is on my app. I have managed a work around and printed the photo I wanted by changing the layout from default to custom and then just playing with the sizes manually to get something close to what I wanted. Can't seem to change the paper type at all which is disappointing but at least its kind of worked. I am using my mobile and the hp smart app as my printer hasn't been installed on my pc yet. Thanks again.

Hi @kumar0307. I am using HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28w printer and the HP app to print a photo. It keeps defaulting to using A4 paper and I want to use HP Everyday Photo Paper instead. Can you help me learn how to change the paper size please?

Are you using a Win PC or a Mac or a mobile device to print?
Refer to this document to know how to print using the HP Smart app.
1.) Launch the HP Smart app.
2.) Touch the "Print Documents" tile and open your PDF document.
3.) Touch "Print".
4.) Touch on the grey line above the printer's name to view the available options.
Select the right paper size.
Let me know how it goes.

In this case, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Now, try printing. You will be able to change the paper settings in this software.

Thanks @kumar0307. Unfortunately I am not in a position to download the printer driver to my pc at the moment hence using the mobile app. Appreciate you taking the time to send me the information though. As I've found a work round on the mobile app, please consider this matter now sorted 👍.
