I've retired my Office Jet Pro 8500 for a new Office Jet 8710. The install process was more than painful. At the end I tried to Activate the printer and was told I already had an HP Connected acount.
I may have the account but I don't remember the password. I clicked the link to reset the password and was told and email was sent to the email id. After 5 or 6 tries and no emails, I surrender!
Can someone help?

Hi,
Just following up to check if you've been able to reset your password?
There can be occaisionaly be delays in the reset emails going out so please check your inbox again to see if you have received any mails regarding the reset request.

Hi,
Is it possible that you used another email to create the account?
Have you tried to reset the password at snapfish.com? HPConnected and snapfish may have been linked to the same Email and password at the time of creation, try resetting it there.
Click the Sign In button and then Forgot your password.

About an hour or two after I posted this I received 5 emails from HP about changing the password. It appears that there was delay in the process of HP sending the email to my in-box or a delay in my provider's pop mail sytem.
All is well.
