Check print history

I'm trying to figure out how to view the print history on my HP Pro 8610 not just the ones my email printed out but all of them

You can track jobs -- and reprint them -- after you set up the feature to save your documents after printing.

Reprint a print job – save a job for reprinting later

The information in the Event Log that tracks general activity -- hardly useful unless you only need to know that the printer was used in some fashion.
