Product: HP Envy 4520

Hello,

We've had printing issues with a tri-color ink cartridge so that the colors were off and dull. I tried cleaning the cartridge multiple times and followed the steps when having print quality issues but nothing worked. I replaced the color ink cartridge with a new one and that fixed the problem, so it seems that the original cartridge was faulty. Is it possible to have a replacement or refund for the faulty cartridge?
