Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Hi, Finally connected my printer to the wifi network (after a lot of powering down, restarting etc), now I wish to connect my mobile phone. 

I click into the HP smart app on the laptop, it is marked as connected and active.

I tap on HP Smart app, click on New Printer, click WiFi, (the printer and the mobile are on the same network). 

Nearby Device permission, Location, Precise Location and Bluetooth are all turned on, on my mobile.

I click on continue and My printer is not listed shows on screen (no printers are  listed), click on My printer is not listed, next I click on Find printer. staes it is connecting to tempory Wi-Fi network to connect to printert.  States no printer found.

Uninstalled app, rerstarted phone, re-installed app, went through the entire process again for adding a printer, same result.

Tried connecting my wifes mobile, same result, so it is not a mobile phone issue,

How do I connect the mobile phone to the printer?
