If I understand what you are asking,
You want to add an email account / allowed user to your HP Smart / HP Connected account so that person can use ePrint.
Go to:
Click Flag to switch to your region
Sign in.
Wait for the Log-in process to complete - swirling circle bits take anywhere from a few seconds to an endless 30 second wait...
On the My Printer page,
Scroll down - left side of the web page:
Under "Share remote access to the printer by email"
Add the email address of the user / person you want to have access to your printer's ePrint email.
