Product: Motorola e5 play

I am trying to connect my hp envy photo 6200 series to the hp smart app for Android. I can go to the connect WiFi direct page but when it asks for a password it won't accept the generic 12345678 password. It tells me that I need to try again. I can print with the Google cloud and other printer services but hp smart won't work. I'm connected WiFi direct in my phone and the printer but it just seems like the hp smart app won't connect to my printer

My Envy 6234 did a firmware update the other day and since then I can not print from android or iOS. W10 works. I've also raised a question in this forum. Hopefully someone will be able to advise on this soon.

Uninstall and reinstall HP smart app.
