I have had the HP printer skill for a while and it has been working fine. It has suddenly stopped printing despite Alexa telling me that the task has been sent to the correct email for my HP printer. When I go back into the skill on my phone and link it again , I enter my email and password and the correct password but I get 'Oops . There was an error trying to link to your account'. The only clue is that it refers to HP Voice printer despite my having a HP deskjet 3630. Any ideas?

Hi @Hippocratic
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you
Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Then try printing
if the issue persists, try and disable webservices and re-enable it
--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
---> click on webservices and remove webservices and re-enable it
And, also refer to Printing with Amazon Alexa
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

No, I don't think its the firmware.
Let's try to remove Webservice and enable web services.
--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
---> click on webservices and remove webservices and re-enable it
keep me posted!
