Hi, I have a Problem with printing from my iPad and iPhone sometimes it works okay, but increasingly I get to the following message....
and it it just stays like this.
i have run through all the support trouble shooting advice but it did not help.
i did find a workaround for some printing by choosing the to print through HP Smart, but I only get this option on some print selections.
any help please

Hi Rainbow23,
Thank you for your help, we have been trough help page a few times but it has not helped, we have also tried staring both printer and router but this did not help, the HP Smart is only avalble on some apps so it is not helping much.

You may select the country and type the product# of the unit and then follow the on-screen instructions to contact HP phone support.
