HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Wireless Monochrome Laser
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer that I use as a remote, off local network machine.

When I send an email document to it, there is also a cover page that gets printed although I haven't selected one and my office machine isn't set to print one.  Is there a way to stop the cover page from printing at the remote machine?

Hi @invicta_1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Follow these steps and see how it goes.

Use your HP account (formerly HP Connected) to change the ePrint job settings.

NOTE:

By default, ePrint jobs print single-sided, and in the same color and orientation as the original. Documents print on either letter or A4 paper, and photos print on 101.6 mm x 152.4 mm (4 in x 6 in) paper.

Sign in to HP Smart.

Under ePrint Preferences, modify the settings you want.

NOTE:

Available ePrint settings vary by printer model.

Example of ePrint Preferences

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

The final solution  I found was to send a blank email with no subject, no text, and no signature.   Just attach the document to it and send.  Thanks for the suggestions.
